Robert "Bob" Allen Kehres, 56, of Conneaut, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Lake Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, with his wife at his side.
He was born on December 18, 1958 in Phoenix, Arizona to Harry and Luella (Ashley) Kehres and graduated from Jefferson High School class of 1977. Robert served honorably in United States Air Force.
He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and loved spending time fishing with his father. Bob enjoyed fixing automobiles and assisted his uncle at his shop. He enjoyed watching racing.
He is survived by his loving wife, Virginia Kehres, whom he married on June 11, 1998; son, Benjamin (Natalie) Kehres; parents, Harry and Luella Kehres; brothers, Eugene (Alene) Kehres and Kevin Kehres ; and sisters, Kathy (Donald) Abrams and Cindy Tackett; step-children, Rodger (Kelly) Nagy, Christopher Nagy, Randolph (Janet) Nagy and Jennifer Nagy; 10 step-grandchildren; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank the Tridia Hospice for their compassion and care for Bob.
At Bob's request no calling hours or services will be observed. The Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 345 Main St., Conneaut, is honored to assist the family.
