Kirk M. Grega, 42, of Andover and formerly of Millcreek, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Cleveland Clinic.
Kirk was born on December 28, 1973 in Erie, Pennsylvania the son of Kirk M. Caldwell and Debra K. (Pushinsky) O'Neil. He attended McDowell High School.
Kirk enjoyed farming and raising goats, chickens and mini horses. He loved spending time outdoors, camping and fishing. Kirk enjoyed listening to classic rock and dance parties with his grandchildren. Above all else he loved bringing a smile to others and touched everyone he met. Kirk had the biggest heart and would do anything for anyone.
He is survived by his parents, Kirk (Gayle) Caldwell and Debra (Patrick) O'Neil; wife and best friend, Adona Spurlock, whom he blessed with a fairy tale love story; four magnificent children, Athena (Robert Schultz) Spurlock, Patrick (Sarah Monahan) Spurlock, Jacob (Emily) Spurlock and Nicholas (Destiny Merkley) Spurlock; two beautiful grandchildren, Alaina Spurlock and Gabriel Schultz; four siblings, Jennifer Grega, Nathan Grega, Tiffany (Justin) Richards and Vicki (Josh) Perschka; and maternal grandparents, Ron and Ruth Pushinsky.
He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Darrik Gould; a sister-in-law, Corina Huston.
A gathering of friends and family will be held, Monday, April 11, 2016 from 4 to 6 PM at the Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Conneaut, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name may be given to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
