While we never had the honor of meeting this sweet lady, I know my niece, Linda Wilkins cherished her Mom and am saddened for her loss. May God give the Whole family Comfort.
Laverne was such a sweet lady, and a dear neighbor. I'm honored to have grown up just a couple houses away from her. She was like another grandmother to me. I always enjoyed getting cards and goodies from her around the holidays, which continued even as an adult. I will miss her terribly, but I am thankful for the time and memories shared.
