Jeffrey David Lowery of Conneaut, Ohio was born on February 6, 1956 in Conneaut, Ohio entered into eternal rest on January 31, 2021. He was greeted into Heaven by his parents JoAnn Lowery Lampi, John Lowery, step father Richard Lamp, maternal grandmother Doris Richardson, and fraternal grandparents, Chester and Gertrude Lowery. Cherishing his memory on Earth are his sons and their families, Chris and Kayla Lowery, Michael Lowery, David Lowery and Air Force Staff Sergeant Scott and Adrianna Lowery. Forever embracing his memory are his sisters Jodi Fowler and Jill McAteer with their husbands Terry Fowler and Jerry McAteer. He was Grandpa/Papa to grandchildren Gavin, Kensley, Parker and Koleson who were his pride and joy. Peyton Rae, the newest Lowery addition, was added on July 27. He is also survived by his former wife Dee Dee Morris and was a loving mentor to Andrew Gibson. He will be sadly missed by his 4 legged companion and good buddy, Bruce, his German Shepard. He graduated from Conneaut High School in 1974 and where he remained a life time resident. Jeff had an extraordinary work ethic from a very young age. He was a quiet and gentle man who retired from General Electric after 35 years of employment. For the last 10 years, Jeff filled his time by becoming a bus driver for Conneaut School System, where he once again, dedicated his time and friendship to the people he worked with and the students he transported. He greeted everyone with a smile and his quick sense of humor. He was a voracious reader, loved music, cars, and the Cleveland Indians, Cavs and Browns. Rest in peace you kind and gentle soul.
