Words escape me bc this is an unimaginable loss. River hasn’t had a chance to grow up & enjoy the simple pleasures of life. However, heaven must have needed a innocent angel. He certainly earned his wings. River legacy continues to live on in the people he donated organs to. What a selfless gift. May he watch over all of you. Just look over your shoulder.
