Obituary of Adell Fay Wickert

Adell "Fay" Fleischer Wickert, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away peacefully in Medina, Ohio on Friday, August 22, 2014.
Fay was born on November 22, 1936 in Ashtabula, Ohio and worked as a secretary for the former SCM Chemical Corporation, now Millenium Inorganic Chemicals in Ashtabula for over 20 years and retired in 1998.
Mrs. Wickert is survived by her children, Robyn Taylor of San Diego, California and Scott (Kimberly) Wickert of Medina, Ohio; and her sister, Ann (Roger) Arkelin of Kingsville, Ohio; and grandchildren, Jake and Delaney Wickert.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her Sister, Edna Elonen.
Fay was an avid baker known especially for her cookies and cheesecakes. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially her two grandchildren.
Those who were fortunate enough to know and love Fay were truly blessed.
Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Conneaut, with Pastor Tim Kraus, officiating. Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 from 6 to 8 P.M.
