Conneaut- Linda O. Buchanon, 84, passed away peacefully Monday, November 6, 2023 at the Villa at the Lake.
She was born on July 13, 1939 in Asheville, North Carolina the daughter of Jack and Ruth G. (Gilbert) Owen. Linda was employed as an X-Ray technician for over 20 years with Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina.
She enjoyed shooting trap and skeet for many years in Charlotte and had her own plane and private pilot license. Linda enjoyed collecting dolls and had a doll shop in Andrews, North Carolina. Her family will remember her home cooked meals she made in her younger years.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Diana (Jeff) Adams of Conneaut; grandchildren, James Moore, Sr., James "Jimmy" Moore, Jr., Justin (Maria) Moore and Amy (Sam) Miller; and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, James A. Cavin; second husband, Jake Buchanon; and her brother, Thomas Owen.
In keeping with her wishes no services will be observed.
