Woodrow W. "Woody" Bagnall, Jr., 68 of N. Amboy Rd., Conneaut passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at his home, surrounded by his family.
Woody was born on November 26, 1944 in Conneaut to Woodrow W., Sr. and Ida L. Racey Bagnall. He was a Rowe High School Class of 1963 Graduate and enlisted in the United States Air Force. Mr. Bagnall was employed with the Findlay Corporation and retired after 30 years of service as the plant manager.
Woody loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Mary J. Lawrence Bagnall; children, Paul Bliss, David Bagnall, Sheri Wilson, Scott Bliss, Woodrow Bagnall, III, Debbie Taylor, Douglas Bagnall and Michael Bagnall; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, June Shauberger; and a brother, Claude Bagnall.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Thomas Bagnall.
Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Conneaut, with Sister Laurie Divokey, Spiritual Care Coordinator of the Hospice of the Western Reserve, officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends on Monday, August 5, 2013 from 6 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Woody's name may be given to the American Cancer Society or the Hospice of the Western Reserve. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
