Kenneth Elton Novak, 58, of Saybrook Township and North Kingsville, Ohio, died suddenly of a probable coronary, Sunday, July 14, 2013.
Ken was born on November 28, 1954 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late James J. and Martha (Webb) Novak. He was a 1972 graduate of Edgewood High School and attended the Ashtabula County Joint Vocational School.
Mr. Novak was a self-employed licensed electrician and worked with various companies throughout Northeast Ohio. Ken will be remembered by his friends and loved ones for his deep voice, sharp wit and his sense of humor; as well as always willing to lend a hand to those that needed one.
He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and his Thursday night gang...
Ken is survived by his loving wife, Carol (Miller) Novak, whom he married on March 20, 1993; brother, George Novak of Denver, PA; sister, Rhonda Alperin of Greenville, SC; and his aunt, Esther Callahan of Kingsville.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Celebration of Ken's life will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 5:00 P.M. at the Conneaut Township Park Gazebo, with Pastor Tim Kraus, of the Conneaut Church of Christ, officiating. Family and friends may gather from 4:30 until time of services at 5 PM at the Gazebo. The family will receive friends at the Upper Pavilion at Conneaut Township Park, from 6 to 9 PM, where a dinner will be served at the conclusion of the services.
